My experience with my N.P. Marcia Duclos was very good.

This was a follow up from last summer To monitor by cholesterol blood sugar and blood pressure. Marcia was very good about explaining all of the details regarding that I feel very very comfortable with her

Marcia was very helpful and considerate of my health and explained everything to me.

The visit was awful. I waited in the exam room for 15 minutes and finally went out to see what was going on about 5 minutes later she finally arrived with no apology. She seemed to be totally out of it. She was ill prepared, showed no concern for me or anything I wanted to talk to her about. I will never see her again. In addition, she was very unprofessional in her appearance - wearing Spandex pants and a pull over shirt. She was not someone who should be retained by Baystate.
