Had an appointment scheduled to manage my child’s medications after another doctor left their group. Waited two weeks an on the virtual appt day, I sat on the video call for 30 minutes waiting and she never showed. Called the office and after waiting another 15 minutes on the phone, was told she “thought the appt was on person” and had to reschedule. Why she could not have jumped on her computer to take our appointment from her office is beyond me. Will not go back. Ridiculous.

Piece of shit doesn’t know her job. Made my life miserable with what she prescribes and doesn’t explain it at all

WOW! How did this lady become a psychiatrist. My child was being seen by her at a school type setting until i met her. She doesn't seem to be able to care for herself let alone treat youth. wish that nurse who used to work at the school was still working there, she knew what she was doing, this doctor is incompetent. I trusted the nurse a lot more.

Dr. Kent is very disorganized and scattered. She doesn't seem to pay attention. Not at all impressed. I won't be taking my child back.

It is truly frightening that Dr. Marcia Kent is practicing any form of medicine and seeing patients.
