Dr. Marcia Lynne Vanderbroek, DO

Staff was inept. Did not confirm or deny coverage. Gave poor directions. Appointment was inappropriate.

Dr Vanderbroek did not spend more than 5 minutes with me. Very rude and uncaring.

Always makes you feel comfortable, explains her concerns over your health issues.

I dont go to the docs much, but when i do, i expect to be treated with respect. I would expect i would be listened to. I would expect an accurate diagnosis. I would expect not to be rushed. Apparently i expected too much of Dr. V. I went a couple times for pain in my stomach. I had a suspicion of gall bladder issues. I was told it wasnt and that i was constipated. Few weeks later landed myself in the ER getting my gall bladder removed. the next year i went because i couldnt seem to shake some kind of cold/fever. Her response after examining me was "eh, ive seen worse". I was appaulled by her. I wasnt in there complaining, i just needed antibiotic to shake it. over the counter meds hadnt been doing the trick. Needless to say, i wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy. Shes simply rude.

I'm typically not one to write on these things but I always feel so rushed when I am speaking to Dr. Vanderbroek or her staff. It makes me feel like I don't even get the opportunity to speak without being rushed out of the room. If you're anything like me, you feel like if there's one place you shouldn't feel rushed or unheard it's at the doctor's office. This has just been my experience the past few times.

I do not recommend Dr. Vanderbroek.
