Never approached me as the patient in the bed, curt, felt uncared for

This doctor should not be practicing emergency medicine. I was instructed to go into the ER by an on call physician. She legit came into the room without asking me any questions let alone letting me talk about why I was in there the first place making me feel like my reason for coming was stupid. She didn't even ask about why I was on the medication I came into the ER for. I feel like I wasted my time, probably would have received a more thorough examination through Web MD. 0 stars. Nurses were great though.

Told me to continue taking a medicine that was making me sick, which is why I was in the office in the first place, and when I tried to explain that I couldn't take the medication, and that's why I was there responded with "It's not my problem."

I thought it was me until I read the other reviews.

She's an idiot and a jerk. A horrid combination for a doctor in an emergency room! If I could rate her a ZERO I would.

Dr. Rubin was curt, inattentive, rude, and did not properly treat my condition. Never have I been more appalled by a physician's behavior - especially considering there were next to no other patients in the ER when I was there. I plan to further write a letter to the hospital to explain her treatment of me and my condition. I had to return to the ER that night to seek better treatment and, as a result, was given an IV, antibiotics, and a pain med. Her assessment was shocking.
