My husband transferred his files from the Tri-Cities t his Prosser office because he likes Dr. DeSantis. He has called his office three times in three weeks and and asked for his prescription to be refilled. He put up with many transfers on the phone, got put on hold, and had to repeat his request over and over to each staff member. We have waited for over a month to get his prescription refilled and it has still not been done and now my husband is completely out of his medication. I gave them a fourth call today and had to leave a message and no one called us back. We will be transferring my husband's records back to the Tri-Cities to find him another endocrinologist. He likes this doctor, but the Prosser staff are terrible.

Dr. Marco Delsantis is a first rate endocrinologist. After years of thyroid imbalance, Dr. Delsantis straightened out my thyroid levels. Courteous, professional and thorough.

He is very patient and explains everthing well. He takes his time with you. He is good hearted.
