Sometimes life feels unmanageable, and we hide from ourselves and others. This pattern of comfort and coping can spiral out of control, causing more issues than the problems we were initially trying to solve. As a therapist, I believe my role is to help you see these patterns and understand the needs you are trying to meet. Without shame or judgment, I aim to help you explore what has happened and how to move yourself out of this painful place. For many, this involves exploring your background and incorporating your identity into the work.

I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor in the state of Colorado. Over the past decade, I have worked in both private practice and the public sector, helping many people struggling to move out of dysfunctional beliefs and behaviors and into a place where they can find serenity and a rewarding life.

I specialize in helping people who have reached a point where they no longer …know how to help themselves. This could involve addictive behaviors that cause harm, behaviors that damage relationships such as infidelity or constant arguments, or any other compulsive behaviors that prevent you from living the life you want. With specialized training in addictions, trauma, relationships, and integrating identity into my work, I am committed to guiding you towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
