All went very well

I found Dr. Valencia to be very supportive. He listened to my concerns and gave helpful feedback.

Very disappointed in Dr. Valencia's response to my concerns. My last visit after the annual wellness was the same! He just "blew off" my concerns with no follow up. I just do not feel my concerns are given any relevancy what so ever.

This was the first visit I've had with this provider. Based on this visit I have changed my PCP to Dr. Valencia. I think my experience with him will improve as I get to know him better. I always find it difficult to begin again with a new provider but Dr. Valencia was easy to talk to and I look forward to working with him in the future.

I have known Dr. Valencia for 8 years. He is a caring individual who always asks, " Is there anything else that I can help you with?" He is knowledgeable and I am happy to have him as my PCP.

Doctor Valencia makes eye contact and shows genuine interest in your issues at hand he has fulfilled my needs as his patient and I feel privileged to have him as my doctor

I felt personally insulted.

I have never felt so un important by a dr in my life he acts like I'm just a whiny patient with no feelings at all I have been there a few times and I have walked out bawling my eyes out every time. Does not care how I feel or my needs at all he just rushes me out of the room as fast as he can. I cried alot thinking omg I will never find or get a good dr for myself well I have and even though I have to drive 45 min to see her it's well worth it to me.

The office and staff are prompt and courteous, but Dr Valencia is not very knowledgeable. If I ask him about potential side effects of a new drug, he doesn't know. He also didn't know that the recommended age for a mammogram is 40. He kept insisting I don't need one until I am 50. Quite frankly, I do not trust him to do what is best for my health.
