Dr. Marcos Diaz

I phoned the office after receiving this name from my trusted 20 year dentist, Dr. Rodriguez. I needed my daughter's impacted wisdom teeth removed. 2 weeks later, after 3 phone calls in which they "had to call me back", I was unable to make an appointment. Finally today, I was asked for my "Dental" insurance and advised they did not take that insurance, when, from my son's prior surgery, I know that the proper insurance for impacted wisdom tooth surgery is health insurance, not dental. When I told the receptionist she had wasted my time, she asked why I did not ask that question sooner, nevermind it was not even the correct billable insurance. I told the "receptionist" that the office never gave me a chance to inquire, as during the 3 times they had to "call me back" they would not take more than my phone number. Good luck getting an appointment, unless it is on their time, not yours. I am going back to my son's original surgeon from 2 years ago or to Dr. Stone in Weston. I… hope they have plenty of patients now, as I am sure their front office could use a refresh in customer service and common courtesy. BTW, I have never left this kind of review for any kind of a medical professional before and never had this unbelievably maddening experience with any reputable physician in the Weston area.
