Great doctor love the office and receptionist and ARNP's in the office.

In my opinion the place is like a mass production factory designed to squeeze as much money as possible out of you and your insurance company. They even make it difficult to cancel appointments so they can add on no show fees. Don't consider this a wise choice at all.

Has his pitchfork in too many fires. Doesn’t even mention Wekiva Springs his biggest venture. Awful place; incongruous to healing. Maybe 2 minutes for each patient and then no help, no treatment, no feedback. Leaves you there to rot. Insurance scam. Avoid at all costs!

I had a pleasant visit and many visits afterwards at Dr. De Carvalho office and have seen his of his ANRP Brian Beardsley and Donita Jones as well. The staff is very courteous and pleasant. Very warm and welcoming this office has taken very good care of me.

I suffer from ADHD and this office has helped me feel whole again! They asked my input when prescribing medication and I truly felt as I was part of the treatment team.

I found my experience to be very discouraging. Medicines were looked up in books, which could be attributed to inexperience. I have experienced professionals in my treatment that seem to understand the pain & stigma of mental illness. I did not find that to be the case at this office, from office staff to the practical nurse, to the doctor.

Great doctor very caring and helped me a great deal!!
