Dr. Marcus Lewis Griffin, MD

Dr. Griffin is caring, compassionate and is available when most needed. I am so happy that I have had the honor of working with him in one capacity or another over the last 20 years and as my doctor. He also cared for my grandmother and for many of the residents at my previous position as community manager. Thank you Dr. Griffin for all of your care, friendship and compassion through the years!

I moved to Maui 3 years ago...was with the same doctor for 20 years. Am extremely glad Dr. Griffin is my physician...he's thorough, has always spent enough time and has been on the money every time in his treatment of me.. I personally resent the demeaning comment made another review. Dr Griffin teaches at the med school, takes med students with him on rounds, and is a real gentleman.

I've heard from patients that his accuracy in diagnosing a problem is slim to none. I've never heard of his med school either.

I waited about 15 minutes for my appt, the nurse came out after 7-10 mins and stated that the Doctor was handling an emergency and would be about another 5-10 minutes. Which was a total surprise that they would be courtious enough to let me know the time frame. I was brought into the room and the nurse was very nice and professional. The Doctor was in the room with in 5 minutes. He was very thorough and attentive to my needs and concerns. The doctor spent about 20 minuted with me.There was a follow up appt with in 3 days and even a follow up phone call which I never had recieved anywhere else. Overall I rate this Doc A+

I found Dr. Griffin to be brief and often seeming like he didn't care to listen to what you had to say. He is definitely the kind of doctor who shovels out the medication to a patient. More then half the time I saw him over a course of 2-3yrs, he was incorrect about whatever my problem was, giving some off the wall excuse as to why that was.
