Dr. Noel explained things so clearly. He really took the time to go over every detail of my treatment. He was so patient listening to, and answering all our questions, and we had many many. I even had some family members on a speakerphone and he was so patient listening to their questions and answering their questions with thought and complete understanding.

The resident physician was very good. He listened attentively, and a few times made sure he understood exactly what I meant. That's rare nowadays.
