Have seen him for 3 years has bad bedside manners and doesn’t spend much time with you! My last visit he left me sitting in the room for a hour then came in and acted like it was no big deal like my time isn’t worth anything! I will be seeing someone else from now on!

In all the Rheumatology doctors I have been to doctor Owen is the most caring one. It means something to him when you tell him problems you are having. He looks into the problem and trys to get to the bottom of it so he can help you. He will spend as much time as you need with you.

I waited 45-60 minutes to see him. He comes in with his computer and is typing on it pretty much the whole time. I have questions I don't ask because I feel like I'm interrupting.

Dr. Owen LISTENED to me. I have been struggling for so long. Dr. Owen has a wonderful bedside manner. He is cautious but not overly cautious. With respect to what medications he prescribes, Dr. Owen is supportive of your opinion in conjunction with his medical advice.

I had an appt. for today at 8 AM. I live about 1.5 hrs away and got lost. I called atleast 4 times, to say I was lost and would be a few min. late, and got directions. Once I got there I was approximately 20 min. late and then he would not see me. I am in horrible pain and really needed to find out what was going on and I explained this to the nurse yesterday when making the appt. I find it interesting that as patients we can wait for endless amounts for time for a doctor to call us back, and book up to 5 people at the same time yet if we are late they won't see us. So if you are looking for a doctor that does not care about his patients he is the right doctor for you.

I have only had one appointment with him. He seemed very knowledgeable and very concerned. He has a great bedside manner and I really liked him. Wish all my doctors were this knowledgeable and concerned.

Dr Owens really seems to be a doctor that really does listen and care. I can't begin to say how many doctors I have seen that don't try to help anymore. He takes the time to explain and make you understand what is going on. He is my favorite doctor by far.
