While I felt he listened to what I had to say in my initial appointment, I have not enjoyed how I've been handled as a patient since. I was immediately passed on to the PA and was told I would not see him any further, but could call his nurse line. I have not enjoyed the nurse line as I feel like I'm being spoken down to and feel that they are annoyed with my questions but often told I'm wrong or I shouldn't be experiencing a side effect or symptom. It's also incredibly frustrating how slow the staff are at returning MyChart messages or phone calls. They typically don't respond or call back until right before closing, which is incredibly frustrating if I have a follow up question.

Dr tielker zeroed in on a specific rare condition, and while other drs have disagreed on and off about the diagnosis, now a top specialist seems to be zeroing in on it as well. Unlike other patients w condition, I have never been too bad off because I did have early treatments that dr tielker recommended.

Dr T is the absolute best!!! Knows his stuff and is so kind and professional...always there for the patient!! Any question any concern he is on it!!!also his assistant Paula is beyound belief...always gets back to me...patient is very complicated and they work so hard to achieve successful treatment!! Thank you Dr T and Paula!!!

diagnosis of uncommon syndrome is proving accurate

Very caring and easy to talk to. Thought he explained things and gave me medicine which helped. Highly recommend Dr. Tielker!

Absolutely horrible physician. He should lose his license and never be allowed to practice again. He likes to run repeat tests that are not necessary just for his benefit. He is evil.
