Dr. Marcus Lejon Williams, MD

It was with our initial visit. He spent a lot of time with us, asked a lot of questions and made us comfortable with our decision. After the procedure, he did not follow up with informing the patient as to the results and only spoke to a family member. At this time, 2 days later we have not heard from him. Also, he would neither accept or return calls. We were left with no idea of his suggested follow up. We would not recommend this doctor. .

My mother went to Dr. Williams on MY request. I read his credentials and was impressed and knew this was the Doctor for MY Mother. He was courteous, kind and engaging. But, after the first visit, we could never get an appointment with him, always with his nurse practitioner, and then, the wait times were an hour or more each time. The last time she did get to see him in person, he didn't lay a hand on her, never listened to her heart, left the room for a call, and then forgot why we were even there, then said that my Mom wasn't doing what she was suppose to be doing! We felt let down, nonexistent, and unimportant. When Emory took over Clark Holder Clinic, there were patient review cards EVERYWHERE! Now, you can't even find a person to complain to, or a place on their website to complain to. TYPICAL! Get their foot in the door, make nice, then everything goes out the door, and no way to tell anyone about it!
