We feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Bernstein when our kids were born. She takes her time with you and genuinely cares for their wellbeing. When they aren’t well she personally calls to check on them and offer support wherever she can. Thank you Dr. B and team!

Its hard to get doctor Bernstein in the appointment but always try cause the PA’s constantly change and they are not good. It astonishes me how she has these PA’s they affect her office and get snappy with parents.

The staff is friendly and efficient, wait time is short, and staff is effective. I have been bringing my children hear for 13 years. She saved my younger sons life when he was born, and I would not trust my children with anyone else. Her assistants are very good too.

She is very thorough and professional customer service is on point caring about her patients and the parents is her priority

I've been taking my kids to Dr. Bernstein for over 10 years. She is the most thoughtful, caring, detail-oriented doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Throughout the years, she and her office have been there for me through a wide array of situations, some involving Dr. Bernstein calling me during her time off to help or offer advice. I am ALWAYS able to get my children into the office if they are ill, rarely wait a long time, and never feel rushed by her helpful staff or Dr. Bernstein herself. Though I do not live in Hollywood, where her office is located, I don't mind driving the 25 minutes from my house to her because she is so great. In a world where pediatrician offices tend to be more like WalMart than a place where you can find true support, Dr. Bernstein is a breath of fresh air.

I have been seeing Dr. Burstine since i was child and i love her so much i bring my children there and she is amazing always spends time with us explains everything she is great but when it comes to her staff they are all very RUDE and i always feel judged by them always nasty and cold and me being a out of work (medical Feild) hard to belive they can get a job bthey jam her so hard when they give shots its so horriable that she now has 4 knots in her thigh i despise even calling them to make apointments they just seem to anoyed to deal with you ! i want to get her ear periced i wont because im to afraid they will be to mean about it !!!

DR. MARCY IS HIGHLY EXPERIENCED AND CARING. WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO HER FOR 2 GENERATIONS AND ARE EXTREMELY THANKFUL TO HAVE HER AS OUR FAMILIES DOCTOR! SHE'S WONDERFUL!
