Dr. Marcy Rose, OD, FOVDR, earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University and her Doctorate in Optometry from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She is a Fellow of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, an accreditation that reflects advanced expertise in optometry, including vision therapy and other areas of specialized eye care. Common optometry practices typically include routine eye exams, vision testing, prescribing glasses or contact lenses, and evaluating eye health for conditions such as dry eye, glaucoma, and other visual concerns.

Professional Experience

Dr. Rose has been practicing optometry in Colorado since 1984. She is a current member and past director of the Colorado Optometric Association, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the profession and to patient care in the state. In general, optometrists also help patients manage changes in vision over time, monitor eye coordination and focusing issues, …and provide guidance on maintaining healthy vision through preventive care.

Community Involvement

In addition to her optometric career, Dr. Rose is active with several volunteer organizations. She is also the mother of two daughters.
