AVOID! Dismissive, hostile, poor listening skills As a patient with a list of health problems, I see a lot of doctors. This guy has issues. During my first appt everything was friendly with the check in. Once he came in the room the energy changed. He gave me a doubtful look and said: What are you doing here? I explained that my doctor had moved and my health info had been transferred to him. When I mentioned my previous doctor’s name he became irate, claiming that it was impossible because she hadn’t worked for UC Health in 5 years. I politely explained I had seen her there the previous year. He became visibly enraged and rudely claimed that what I was saying was false. I opened the UC Health app and pulled up the tests she ordered for me a year ago, hoping to resolve things. Instead he physically turned his head away from the screen to avoid seeing the proof while continuing to say I was wrong. I tried to leave but he followed me, and prevented reception from scheduling an… appointment with a different doctor. This was the most rude and bizarre behavior I’ve ever seen from a doctor.

I have been treated by this doctor on 3 occasions. He and his nurse Susana are excellent providers. great service, great attitude, great medicine. thank you

Dr. Odehnal's office is non responsive. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner - if returned at all. 80% of the time you get sent to voice mail. The 20% of the time that you can get through on the phones, they aren't helpful. My wife eventually made one appointment with him and was disappointed in his service and willingness to advise and help. We've since gone somewhere else - somewhere responsive.
