Dr. Margaret Eka Akpan, MD

Dr Akpan is a good doctor but she has a single doctor practice. So plan to wait at least 2 hours even with an appointment.

Dr Akpan is great. She treats everyone like they are the only patient which may result in waiting longer to see her but she is worth the wait. She takes care of you without trying to pump you up with drugs. She listens to you and shows genuine concern.

coming to her office there are always so many people their at one time she gives everyone the same time and the office have to many people

She is an excellent doctor but the average wait time in the Largo Office is 2 hours minimum. I had an appointment at 4:30 and at 5:30 she had not arrived. I made another appointment and because I was 30 minutes late, the office staff would not let me come in to see her.
