Dr. Margaret Catherine Basiliadis, DO

Great doc, wish more were like her! She is most interested in the patient. I hate that she has left the office in Plano because she is now too far for me to go see but consider yourself lucky if she is your doc.

Tho love Dr B as a person, she is a horrible dr. Several times she had her 15 yr old take my mothers vitals, at other times it was her husband. She spent much time visiting with my mom but each diagnosis was wrong. Finally after 2 months the nurse told the Dr and my mother what was wrong. Dr B disagreed but looked it up on the computer and gave that prescription and sure enough that was it. Seems a geriatric Dr would know staph when she is over a nursing home! She was more interested in getting my mother to attend her crafts and lunch daycare at the office than she was in treating. Feel half bad saying this because she is so friendly and nice, but we needed a doctor not a friend. We used her for 3-4 yrs as my mother was afraid she would hurt Dr B's feelings by changing doctors.

Dr. B is the most conscientious, respectful doctor I've every know. She will bulldog anyone for your rightful health-care...and in these days Elderly people will totally get a 'Pass-over' because of new budget restraints. Be thankful there are still Docs like her. I liked her so much for my mother's healthcare, I asked her to be my Dr.
