How do I get my medical records ?

Closed up shop with no notice, letter, phone call or forwarding information on how to obtain my records. WHERE CAN WE FIND OUR RECORDS?

No letters, no idea where my medical records are, nothing I saw her last month, didn't say a word about closing up shop. I've seen her for 13 years, kind of like to get my medical records at least, really don't think that's too much to ask.

Staff is nasty, Dr always out sick and rescheduling, office is dirty and office manager is a complete idiot

Dr Conte loves her work, and it shows. She's very attentive and extremely knowledgeable.

I have been with Dr. Conte for 28 years. She also takes care of my entire family. We are special medical cases, each of us. She becomes very knowledgable of all her patients. She is the only 1 in her practice which has it's pros ande cons, more pros than cons. You don't have to repeat things over and over, she gets to know her patients individually. I call her Dr Quinn of Delaware she even has her own medical bag. She is current and up to date with the new technologies and does not steer you wrong. My Family Loves Dr. Conte.

Dr. Conte has been my PCP for 20 years now. I have always found her to be a caring Dr. that has my best interest at heart when it comes to my health care. I never have a problem when I need to make an appointment and she always returns my calls if I have a health care question or need a prescription refill. Her office staff have always been polite and helpful.

I have been under the care of Dr. Conte since I was a child. She has been consistently amazing in my health care, putting out extra time and care when necessary. Calls are always returned when I leave messages for her personally. Any wait time (which does occur) is spent focusing on client's needs, without concern of rushing them out. She is a blessing.

I have always found Dr. Conte to be a caring physician. She takes the time needed with each patient which means that if someone else is having a problem that day, you might wait longer, but on the day that you are having a more of a problem, she spends the time with you. She is extremely intelligent and a good listener. There are no bells and whistles in this office. It is simple, old-fashioned medicine with modern knowledge and technology. If you want to be part of a large group practice, this will not be the office for you. However, if you want to be somewhere with a physician who really knows you and tries to solve your problems, this is the place to be.

Expect Conte's line to be busy or to get her answering service during regular office hours. Do not expect return calls when you can get through. You will need to call again the next day. When you do get an appointment there is a 50% chance it will be cancelled at the last minute because Conte is sick, or your wait can be well over 30 minutes. if you need a referal expect calls from the specialist office one or two days before appointment, saying they have not recieved the referal from Conte and they can not get through to Conte's office and messages left with answering service have not been returned. Get to specialist office early so you have time to call Conte's office again because the referal still has not been sent. Conte is very personalble when you do see her, but the stress of knowing that every time you call there will be a problem I am looking for a more reliable PCP.
