I had 1 appointment at this office and several tests were ordered. I called 6 times to find out my test results and each time I was told I would receive a phone call back. The girl told me that she never received any of my messages. I am still having healthg problems and decided to see a different doctor. I called 4 times today and asked if a medical release could be faxed to me. I was told it would be sent twice and left a message twice. Its my only day off to get this information and the did not send the release.When you are sick and dont feel well you should not have to go through this. I would not recomend this Doctor to anyone.

DR Cooper Vaugn is a great OBGYN. I live in La Quinta and make the drive to palm springs. I have reccomended several of my friends who are pregnant or who just need to find a good OB. She is great!

She is so caring....gives the best care....never nervous when she is in charge....would do for you as she would do for herself always.....tells you how it is no sugar coated stories! She obviously loves her profession!

This doctor and her staff are horrible! Someone should sue her and shut down the practice! The staff lost my records that I had transfered, it took them more than a year to get me in for a surgery that should have been down within 3 months. Now that the insurance company has paid her and not well at all, may I add... she says that she will not do any other surgeries on me, but will refer me to a urilogist if I keep having UTI's! Before she knew how much the insuraqnce was going to pay, she wanted to do 3 different surgeries on me. Now she wants to dump me off on another doctor! Very unprofessional! She is all about money and not health care! When I last went in she actually raised her voice at me because I questioned her and reminded her that she was going to perform a certain surgery on me, but since she received notice of how much my insurance company paid... she totally changed her story. That's when she "dumped" me on a new doctor! It's all about money and if you have a… great insurance company with double courage, she will treat you very well, however if you have Medicare or Medical or both, she has no time for you and could care less about you!I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.... Ever! The wait is awful, she spends more time yelling at her young, untrained staff who know nothing to begin with, and the wait is terrible! The woman waiting to see her were complaining about the docor and the staff. I asked why are you still here... They said because their HMO sent them! Clearly, she is not a people person at all! Too much into the money and not patient care! She has no idea how she comes acrosss to others!

This doctor seems sweet at first. however, you will learn quickly she is set in her ways, has no ears for your thoughts or opinions. She did answer my questions, but with no interest in my concern, but more to flaunt her supposed education. She will try and get you to deliver your baby sooner than necessary. She believes induction is normal and fine no matter how far along you are.her office staff is rude, incredibly disorganized. They lost my file on more than one occasion, they misdiagnosed me due to mixing up my information with someone else's on more than one occasion during my pregnancy. They never ever ever answer they're phone. If your lucky to get through they will be quick and rude to you.If you manage to deal with all that and end up delivering your child with her, WATCH OUT!!! SHE DOES THIS WITH NO CONCERN FOR THE MOTHER, SHE WILL LEAVE YOU ON THE BED AFTER THE BABY IS BORN FOR 20 MIN. BEFORE DELIVERING YOUR PLACENTA!!! BEWARE THIS IS NOT GOOD! she is to quick to diagnose… and to bull headed to change her mind and you will suffer for it. BEWARE!!! of this doctor AND her staff. I was not aware and ended up with emergency surgery after my baby was born BECAUSE OF THIS DOCTOR!!!

Wait time is a little long but its worth it. Staff is great, very courteous, as well as Dr. Cooper. She is a smart and caring individual,
