This doctor is “the best!” She is super knowledgeable, personable, cares about her patients wellbeing (does labs at a very reasonable rate) and has a great personality. I highly recommend her!

It's comforting having Margaret in my corner as a partner in my healthcare. I love that I can leave a note in the patient portal and get a prompt response. Appointments are easy to schedule and virtual appointments are offered too.

I am accustomed to minimum 30 minute wait times but usually much longer. My wait time here was maybe 5 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Every staff member I spoke with was professional, prompt & friendly. Dr Cusack takes time to listen, and responds with thoughtful, lay terms that I can understand. My appointment went smooth as silk. My prescriptions were called in with zero hassle. This is how medicine should be practiced. Outstanding!!

I was referred to Megan by my wife. I love the easy of working with her and the staff at Healthcare at The Grove. They really empower the patient to get the healthcare that we want WHEN we want it. Some technology skills required. What really impresses me is the range of care they cover. Which has allowed me to consolidate my needs to this one office. Ladies upfront are very sweet, staff very personable. Definitely love being there!

Have been with Margaret since she came to the Coppell area. Trust her and always she makes me feel like I am her only patient. The staff is amazing. Healthcare at the Grove is such a wonderful place and so glad they continue to serve the Coppell area.

New patient intake process is easy to understand, with most of the work done online prior to the appointment. My time at the office was short, but didn’t feel rushed at all. Very happy with the guidance I was provided with.
