As a graduate of the University of IL – Springfield with a Master’s Degree in Human Development Counseling, I have been working in private practice for over 15 years. I am also a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and a Certified Life Coach. I call myself a therapeutic coach. This means I help you heal from the past while helping you get to where you want to go in many areas of life.
