Dr. Margaret Ellen Eastham, MD

As a first time patient I really felt comfortable with her ..she listened to my concerns and spent at least 30 to 45 minutes with me and I will definitely be back to see her again ...I found a new Dr. Whom I will recommend to others

Doctor Eastham is a wonderful doctor she is kind and very knowledgeable. Her staff has improved over the years and compared to the area this is the best Doctor by far, in my location. Don't listen to the nay Sayers until you meet her.

I have been a patient of Dr Easthams for a long time now and I love the improvements around the office. The man that was spoke of earlier has help to get the office inside and otside looking wonderful. He is always very polite and always asks everyone if they want any water or they need help with anything. I think he is wonderful. And as for his clothes he cant exactly ware a suit to do yard work. The lady that works in the front office is amazing she goes above and beyond to help out patients at this office. I just want to thank Dr. Eastham and her staff.

Dr. Eastham is wonderful. But, she has the worst staff in the world. They are rude, crude and unprofessional. No matter how long you have been coming here they act like they have never seen you before. One lady yells and screams all the time. They make you feel like you are bothering them at home during dinner time when you call for and appointment. The lady that answers the phone is always exhasperated. There is a man working there in blue jean cut-off shorts and a dirty dingy t-shirt as office staff. Weird. The conversatins that go on are childish and unprofesional. I don't want to hear about their disfunctional person problems while in doctor's waiting room. She needs to hire a cleaner, more polished staff so that the entire visit can be comfortable.

I think Dr. Eastham is a wonderful doctor. She is caring, down to earth, honest and knowledgable. The office staff needs improvement. They have been rude, have not always returned phone calls (I just know to call again) and sometimes unprofessional. As another person commented, sometimes you hear the office staff in the waiting area discussing patient matters. I do recommend Dr. Eastham to friends, just advise them that the staff can be difficult.

Dr.Eastham is the most caring doctor I have ever had. She truley understands and listens to your problems and concerns and find the best way to solve them in a timley mannor. Now that she has better office staff her practice is complete and there is no kios. I could never ask for a better doctor and would recommend her to anyone with an illness because she can handle something as simple as a cold to something as serious as a terminal disease.

The person who answers the phone for appointments can be very rude at times. Also, very hard to get anyone to answer the phone in the afternoon. Tha doctor i great and spends alot of time with you and is very concerned about her patients. Love her. Her front desk staff I find to be very unprofessional. I over hear them talk about other pt's while sitting in the waiting room all of the time. At times, it is not very pleasant.

Dr. Eastman is a very nice Dr. but her office staff is the worst, they will not call back ,they are rude and don't give the patients any attention unless you are about to pay and just then they will acknowledge you. The staff is not professional and give the Dr. a bad reputation because of it. Would recommend only if staff was different.

Dr Eastham was the only doctor who could diganois my husbands' condition, she is caring and really listens to the patient. She has helped both me and my husband more than any doctor we have seen.

This doctor listens and does not judge, rush or belittle patients like so many other medicaid providers do.
