Dr Jeffries has treated our 4 kids from the very first time we brought home our first child. Very caring and professional. Would highly recommend.

She is rude, unprofessional, and has no sense of what she is even talking about. I would not take my dog for her to look at. Worst doctor I have ever encountered.

The office closed and I cannot get information on how to get my child medical records from her!

Didn't care to diagnose my son properly, yet reluctant to refer to specialist. After an Emergency room visit for serious asthma complication, she told the ER staff it was okay to discharge my son because she would call to check on his condition later that night and the weekend. She didn't call once, nor did she bother to come by the ER in the 14 hours we were there. Final straw was refusal, by her associate to treat my son's pain except with motrin when his gastroenterologist had said not to take it, and the ER used morphine because his condition is known to be extremely painful. He didn't even get a chance to ask at the ER, they medicated him immediately after confirmation of his condition and sent him home with meds and a warning that he'd be hurting for several days. Who denies pain relief to a child with a hole in one lung and air compressing around that lung and the heart?

Whatever you do, do NOT go to this practice. Docs seem to be listening, but they are NOT. I found this out the hard way. Plus, office staff is unprofessional, nurses are clueless. Go ANYWHERE else!

The office is clean. There is a separate waiting area for well and sick children. The staff knows the children by name and often greets them as we walk through the door.
