Dr. Margaret Maher PhD

I like that Dr. Maher has expertise in helping national athletes with performance issues. I work in the financial industry and was dealing with burnout, fatigue, and feeling completely overwhelmed. I also have health anxiety about a number of issues, which worsened in the past five years. She really helped me understand what was contributing to the burnout, and helped me manage my health anxiety as well. I learned to incorporate more joy into my life, and ultimately felt more in control of my life after working with her for 6 mos.

Dr. Maher is extremely professional, super pleasant to work with, and very attentive. I always felt that she was fully engaged and genuinely interested in understanding what I was dealing with.
