Dr. Margaret Timmons Marshall, MD

Dr Margaret Marshall was very caring, helpful and professional when I recently saw her in urgent care. She scheduled the right tests, ordered the right medications and helped me recover from considerable pain and illness. She explained my medical diagnosis so that I understood it and told me what I needed to do to recover. She was very personable, caring and informative. Excellent doctor, overall. 5 stars out of 5. seen at scripps green urgent care for horrible foot pain, which felt like an electric shock + being stabbed with a knife...This physician was very rude. Probably completely burned out from the pandemic or something but still; you can’t treat people that way and not expect complaints. I was so furious on the way out of there and felt like immediately writing a letter to their management. I think I will actually...It had been going on for 1 month, but became unbearable suddenly and I could no longer walk.. didn’t know what to do...pain was comparable with childbirth. she didn’t listen to anything that I explained! Not a word! She did not examine me either; pulled on one toe and then just sort of pointed at the rest of my foot. I thought it was weird that she didn’t bother actually examining the foot since I was there with pain that I was describing as the worst pain of my life IN THE FOOT. then she ‘randomly’ wrote some work note that I did not ask for (and did not need)as I had… already found someone to cover my shift. did shr think I was there to try to get out of work?? Or some other secondary gain?? terrible experience; it just felt like total incompetence superimposed on callousness. she is lacking a single ounce of empathy. there’s no way I am the first person that she has done this to and somebody needs to speak up.
