Dr. Margaret Ellen Matthews, MD

I've been pleased with her care, esp. preventive ( immunizations, etc). Sometimes difficult to reach via telephone. She knows when to refer for specialized evals which I appreciate.

I saw Dr. Matthews as my PCP one time and it seemed to be a very good visit. However I went on a trip to Italy and was instructed by Dr. Matthews to stop by the office when I got back to have a prescription refilled and there would be no problems. Well come to find out she was on vacation and her office manager and I had some words. To make this short, the office manager was a complete idiot and refused to help me. I tried to make an appointment to see the doctor and was refused. I was told that the doctor would not see me. Either this office manager has the doctor wrapped around her finger or Dr. Matthews is just as bad as her. I have know idea because every time I tried to contact the Doctor, you guessed it, I was not able to speak to her. Very unprofessional office. I am seeking a lawyer now instead of a doctor.

She has always been kind and patient with me , I’ve come to her with more than one problem and she has helped in many ways . My mom is a pt also , She does home visits which is great .

I really enjoyed my time with Rebekah, she answered my questions and concerns and was helpful. Dr. Matthews, was quick to analyze what needed to be checked and ordered labs. I am looking forward to knowing the results. So far I am happy with my first experience with them.

Rude doctor. Her disrespect for me was apparent. Orderedlabs and never called me with results.

Terrible office. Doctor is meh. Try them if you have a cut finger, but if you have multiple or chronic issues, stay away.
