ZERO STARS!!! Worst dermatology appointment ever!!!! I took my 17-year-old daughter to this dermatologist and was shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional the visit was. The doctor “diagnosed” her within about two seconds of walking in the room — without asking a single question or listening to any background about the issue. She immediately claimed it was “definitely allergies” and brushed off the fact that this has been going on for three years and that my daughter doesn’t wear makeup regularly. She wouldn’t hear anything we had to say and just wanted to refer us to an allergy specialist. We paid an $80 copay for less than five minutes of her time. Since we were already there, I asked if she could at least do a quick mole check. She said we’d have to schedule another appointment for that, and then turned to my daughter and smugly said, “And we can assess your acne then as well.” My daughter does not have acne — she works hard to keep her skin clear — and this unnecessary… comment was hurtful and unprofessional, especially to a teenager who is already self-conscious about her skin. This visit felt rushed, careless, and completely lacking in empathy. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been see Dr. Muldrow for quite a few years. She spotted early issues with skin cancer and referred me to a specialist! Very cordial and very thorough with her exams! My three children have also utilized Dr. Muldrow with success in their treatments! Best in Denver for us and hopefully you!

My husband has seen Dr. Muldrow for years for skin cancer. He thinks the world of her and he really doesn't care for going to the doctor. I saw her to check for skin cancer and to have a lipoma removed from my arm. She was great. Very informative, efficient, professional. I asked her about some cosmetic procedures and she was helpful and brief. I always have concerns about doctors trying to sell me but I don't think that would have happened if I hadn't brought it up. Doctors want to make money too, you know.

Hard to believe how some of her staff acts at the reception desk. No professionalism at all! And selling you the product that u don't need, On my recent visit I asked a specific product which was on the shelf at that time and the receptionist lied that they don't have it, unbelievable. Dr. Margaret doesn't spend enough time with patients.

Dr. Muldrow helped me through one of the hardest times of my life due to the harshness of my treatment. I find her to have a big heart and a professional ability to hold me together as I try to tackle a big enemy.

I am reviewing Dr. Muldrow because I believe it is our responsibility, as consumers, to spread the truth. During my office visit, Dr. Muldrow lacked compassion and integrity. She had no vested interest in my skin concern (which, quite honestly, baffled me completely) and she dehumanized me to a target for her product line. Trying to sell me a product I don't need and at an exorbitant cost? No thanks. I will never go back to this doctor. I am thoroughly disgusted with her level of professionalism (or lack thereof). Talk about lack of human emotion; this gal is a total automaton.

First of all, I have seen Dr. Muldrow five or more times in the last three years. I continued seeing her only because of convenience and laziness on my part. She has always spent less than adequate time with me in the exam room and has seemed less than interested in patient needs. She will, however, try to sell you something that you don't need. The staff lacks warmth and only become friendly when you express interest in a product they are trying to sell (they must get kickbacks). I am writing this review because of the complete lack of respect and professionalism during my most recent visit. Apparently, they have started a new policy in which they make a copy of your credit card to put in your file. Their purpose is to file your insurance and then bill your credit card for the remaining balance and then send you a statement after the fact. Now, I have no problem with someone wanting to do this, but I do have a problem with being harassed about not wanting to give a copy of my… credit card. I have outstanding insurance and have never had any debt to this office or any other office for that matter. However, not only was I questioned by the front desk receptionist, but Dr. Muldrow's only concern in the exam room was the fact that I didn't want to sign her paper and give my credit card. "I hear you have a problem with my forms", she said. Very brash and unprofessional, the conversation continued. Not only did she spend little time with me (as every time before), but she spent that time harassing me about not giving a copy of my credit card. Please research your options and make better use of your time and money to see someone who really cares about your needs. I promise, you will be much happier and better taken care of elsewhere. I will not be back!
