I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for years, I continue to do so because let’s face it ... the fuel perks ... the price of gas is ridiculous! That being said, someone better get it together in that pharmacy... and quick! These are people’s lives we’re talking about. Besides the wait time or never having all the “automatic “ refills filled when they’re supposed to be, I cannot tell you how many times they don’t even have the meds ( and these aren’t unusual meds) or “they were filled at another GE and they haven’t sent them yet “ or insurance wants something from your doctor... ok fine... but if you’re not going to call my doctor then call me so I can! Or when a doctor electronically sends a script in, it shouldn’t take three days to fill... there is a reason he wants me on that medication. I shouldn’t have to make two, three or four trips to sit in line for a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes and still not have my prescription. And the text alert system DOES NOT WORK by the way....… just another thing wrong with your system!!! In the last 8 months, I have yet to go get a prescription there when there hasn’t been some kind of problem !!!😳

Poor customer care they are more interested in private conversations than waiting on people who need meds
