She rushed into diagnosing and performing surgery on my finger. Not only did my problem not go away, but the healing process took almost 7 months instead of the 8 weeks she initially told me. The stitching from the surgery was poorly done, and I still experience pain in that area. During my last visit, she told me she didn’t know why this was happening or why my finger looked the way it does. To me, that felt like she was saying, 'Were done! Goodbye!'

Dr. Napolitano is a brilliant surgeon, brimming with well-deserved confidence that immediately puts her patients at ease, with such a caring and calming bedside manner. She performed surgery last month to repair a comminuted fracture of my wrist, and I told her at my follow-up appt yesterday that I wish I could entrust all my body parts to her! She is absolutely everything you would hope to find in a medical professional. I feel so blessed to have been in her care!

She performed carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand 2 years ago. It took a very long time to heal and it still goes numb.

This dr appears to be in medicine for money and status. She has no compassion for her patients. She will not stand up for you if something goes wrong--to be fair this is true of most doctors. In my opinion, there are better doctors out there. Don't settle.

She is the best in her field !! I love the way she explains everything with u in depth so u know exactly what is going on before any treatment is done. She takes her time with u and doesn't make u feel rushed or like u are just a number! Her personality is great! I just feel like she unlike most doctors care about u and not the money! I will and have recommended her to all my family and friends. I will not be seeking any other surgeons because she is all u will ever need!
