Dr. Margaret Ann Peterson, MD

Dr.Peterson is a gem. I was surprised to find this high level of care outside of a university medical center. Dr Peterson takes her time with patients and she comprehends complicated history quickly. I really appreciate her thinking outside the traditional "throw a pill at the symptoms." Dr Peterson has really helped me be healthier.

I love that she really spends time listening to what's going on and she is very thorough. She always makes available time to squeeze me in if I need to be seen right away. The staff is always so helpful and make me feel comfortable. Best doctor I have ever been to.

Awesome doctor...office visit takes a while and she is always running late because she spends so much time with you.

While I appreciate Dr. Peterson's approach to general care, the front office staff comes across as somewhat disorganized. I found them to be polite initially, though when pressed or challenged on billing/administrative issues can become terse. Also, the wait times are consistently LONG (we're talking 45-90 minutes, even for morning appointments). I suspect this is a combination of Dr. Peterson's desire to thoroughly sit with the patients who come into the office and the office staff's inability to appropriately schedule patients so that wait times are reduced. I hesitate to recommend Dr. Peterson, not due to her skill as a physician, but rather because of the frustrating wait times and interactions with office staff.

The office staff at this office is extremly rude. I really enjoy the Doctor, but her staff is so rude and even hung up on me!
