Dr. Karges spoke to me in a condescending way, as if my concerns were obvious or unworthy of her time.

I had a great experience at my appointment today with Dr. Margaret Riesenberg-Karges. The receptionist was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor put me at ease immediately. She took the time to explain the procedure I needed and to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Karges is very professional, personable, and an excellent surgeon. I felt comfortable in her care and the surgery went well. She takes time answering questions, explaining, and left me feeling very comfortable that she would take good care of me. She was recommended to me by my personal care doctor, and it was an excellent recommendation.

She re-repaired my hernia. On followup visits I told her I had pain. Both visits didn't go well IMHO. Ten months of pain later it is obvious it has failed. Need to get it fixed yet again... I really hurt...

I was recently referred to Dr. Karges for surgery. I her to be extremely professional and personable. She thoroughly explained the options, risks, and recovery prior to the surgery and during the follow up appointments. From my perspective, the surgery went very smoothly and the recovery was quick. I could not have asked for better care from Dr. Karges and the Canyon Vista surgical staff. While I hope to not see her again, I would absolutely trust her if ever I need another surgery.

I recently had emergency surgery. Hearing different people express different opinions of healthcare in the area, I was nervous when my option became need of a procedure done not long after arriving in the ER. Dr. Karges was the oncall surgeon. We (husband & I) could not be more pleased! Dr. Karges explained everything in detail, asking as she explained if we needed more explanation. My recovery was exceptional! I am so thankful that we didn't end up going out of town! THANK YOU DR KARGIS!!
