Dr. Margaret Elizabeth Rittenbury, MD

She's a great person, but as a psychiatrist she could use some improvement. She rushes through the appointment which is generally never on time. Her lack of medication knowledge as far as what medication is best for what diagnosis you are facing, and dangerous medication interactions is concerning. I as a patient should never have to remind her of what medications interact with my heart medication or if the medication will cause me heart related side effects. Be cautious with her quick diagnosis, and then jumping from diagnosis to diagnosis, and her medication choices.

bedside manor sucks, eye contact sucks, listening skills sucks.. I feel like I am just a number to her as she passes meds to me after looking it up online.. she's an idiot and I will never see her again. i've had many Drs in my life and no problems with switching meds or asking what I think. she's horrible.

I am on the wrong meds.. I tell her every time i see her. I am suffering and it takes too long.
