Wait for 1.5 hour to be seen for 2 minutes. ZERO attention paid to patient and good luck getting any results.

What a find in Dr. Vaughan. At my new patience intake, she was extremely through. I never felt rushed, and she carefully reviewed my medication. I feel extremely fortunate to have found her.

While Dr Vaughan gave me a good amount of time, the delivery of my blood results was a travesty of professionalism. First, the wrong blood results were provided over the phone. Then the charges came back extortionately high. On further investigation it appears testing was done on items that were not necessary (no symptoms were shown). I raised disputes with CareMount with no resolution even after follow-up.

Dr Vaughan arrived 50 minutes late. I was the first appointment of the day. She barely apologized and instead, blamed the staff for scheduling a new patient. When I was told that she was going to be late, her staff said they had no clue when she would be in and that this is just what she does. She then forgot to order 2 major tests that were required for me to have a surgery. This left me scrambling to get them done two days before said surgery. I will NOT be going back.

I have been a long time patient of Dr Vaughan. She has always been compassionate and professional. Recently I had an emergency situation. Dr Vaughan put me on her schedule and was able to diagnosis the problem and send me to a specialist. She is terrific and I highly recommend her!

#1. Waited in a closed in room for 45 minutes and came in to see me only after I opened the door to find out why no one was coming. #2. Dr. got very upset when she saw me in the hallway and told me to PLEASE WAIT IN THE ROOM over and over again at the top of her voice #3. Never asked me the reason for my appointment #4. She wanted to tell me about their SYSTEM and that she was only allowed 15 minutes. She repeated this many times. #5. She also repeated many times the fact that I could write my complaints on the survey that I would be getting in the mail. #6. She kept saying that "this is not going to work" and it sounded like she was firing me as her patient. I have been a patient at the Mount Kisco Medical Group since 1966 and never have I been treated like this. NEVER #7. I was seen by another doctor who spoke to me about the reasons I was there. Needless to say I changed doctors on the spot.

I highly recommend her!
