Did surgery-said doing one thing and did another. Never returns calls. Want answers and no response to questions. Just plain horrible

I met with Dr. Kressin to continue an ongoing weekly urological procedure. She referred me to a Dr. Margaret Johnston, MD at the same office. I left three messages for Dr. Johnston. Two weeks later, I still have not received a call back. Dr. Kressin's office has not followed up either even though it is obvious I have not been able to continue the procedure at Dr. Kressin's office. Either these doctors do not care about their patients (or their reputatiions) or they need more competent staff.
