Dr. Margi Ashutosh Bhatt

Do not use this doctor. I joined concierge service, MDVIP, ($2,000/yr) to have access to Dr. Bhatt. Prior to visiting her office for the first time, I spent 45 minutes completing my health history online, which I expected when seeing a new doctor. When I arrived at her office, I was told I needed to complete the health history again because her office did not have access to the information online. I was handed 10-15 pages of paperwork to complete. I was understandably frustrated and angry with this, but I began completing the information again. I was called back to Dr. Bhatt’s office after completing about 10% of the paperwork. When Dr. Bhatt came in to see me she did NOT ONCE APOLOGIZE for my inconvenience, but instead said that I was clearly upset and that she was afraid of me and afraid she would not meet my expectations. I tried to restart the conversation with her because I really needed a primary care physician, but in the end she told me she was no longer accepting new patients… and asked me to leave. NOT ONE APOLOGY. Apparently expecting better service for $2,000/yr is asking too much. Unbelievably horrible experience.

Awful doctor, saw her for almost a year and ran test after test after test only to be told they need to run more tests. Missed lots of work, out tons of money only for her to not figure out what was wrong with me. Every appointment I had with her I always had to wait at least 30 minutes in the lobby then another 10-15 minutes in the room to be seen by her. On top of that we were always interrupted by someone always knocking on her door. I had seen the same doctor for 14 years and she had retired so I was forced to find a new doctor. This doctor will waste your time, money and drag out whatever is truly wrong with you for as long as she possibly can. I hate to be so negative but I suffered for such a long time in every way possible and had no life for almost 2 years because of her so I want others to be made aware so they don't go through the same thing. Find a good doctor, who listens, has the time you pay them for and will find out what is wrong with you in a timely manor so you can… get treated and resume your life!

I have never had a Dr. I have felt so comfortable with and has always answered all my questions. She has always worked me in if I was sick..

After almost two months of trying to get questions answered regarding my annual physical I finally told them I was done with their office. I still haven't received the results of a bone density test, the lab didn't test for Vitamin B (in the past I've been extremely low). This was so frustrating. I finally asked the nurse if the holdup was the nurse or the doctor and all she said was that she emailed the doctor as would wait for her response. I cannot recommend her or her office to anyone... totally dropped the ball over and over again.
