Dr. Margo J. Freedberg
Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Freedberg graduated from Wayne Hills High School prior to attending the University of Pennsylvania . After graduating with honors in 1990, she then continued her education at The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society upon graduation in 1994. From there, she began a four year surgical residency at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, completing a chief residency in 1998. Since joining AOMS in June 1998, Dr. Freedberg has been an attending on the staff at Overlook Hospital in Summit, New Jersey and currently serves there as the Chief of Oral Surgery.
Dr. Freedberg is a diplomate of both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. She is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
On a personal level, Dr. Freedberg enjoys skiing, golf, reading and spending …as much time as possible with her daughter.
