She called up to the front desk and told the office administrator not to allow me back because I was a minute past the grace period. I watched her drive out of the parking lot several minutes later.

I accidentally went to the wrong office but rushed to the correct one and still arrived on time. Unfortunately, the first office had removed my appointment. Even though they could see the situation in their system, the provider refused to see me as I was told it better suited her schedule. This was incredibly frustrating, and I felt like my time was completely disregarded. I won’t be returning to this provider.

I am a person that stays away from doctors; however I had to go in an Margrette Rice was absolutely wonderful. I was a fit in and she was very through and actually took her time explaining everything.
