My first visit was not a bad one, however it took over three weeks to get her to call me for my test results, one of which was positive and I was feeling very ill. When she eventually did call me, she explained she had over seventy messages she had not gotten to and joked that she was incompetent. At my next follow up appointment she didn’t seem to have any idea of what to test for next, and did a bunch of tests I had already been tested for previously. I still did not hear back about those, and when I called after almost 2 weeks to ask about them she told me that if I looked at the test myself I could see what was positive and what was negative - but her secretary told me she usually would call either way which she had not. My last visit this doctor basically shrugged her shoulders at me and suggested I go to another doctor if I disagreed with her saying I am just depressed. Last I know joint pain, repetitive low grade fevers, and intense fatigue are not known as depression. When I… asked her why she told me to see someone else she told me that i didn’t seem to have a trust level in her as a provider. I wouldn’t have been there if I didn’t want to keep seeing her! I believe she is overwhelmed with workload and saw me as too demanding, no matter how polite I was about it. I can’t express How exhausting it is to continuously chase a doctor for your results and how disappointing it is to have a doctor tell you to go see someone else. If she really listened this would have been a different scenario. I saw go with someone else in this office I wish I did. It is truly disgusting how she treated me.
