Dr. Marguerite Bonaventura, MD

She gave me options and talked to me instead of at me. I saw her 5 years ago and she recommended I get tested because it was my second cancer by the age of 25. Come to find out I have Li-Fraumeni Syndrome. This diagnosis is hereditary most of the time, so my sister and kids were able to be tested for it. Those who were positive are able to be watched closely. Just want to say Thank You! XOXO

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bonaventura, her caring attitude, and her caring staff. Felt like I was in the hands of an angel when she did my bilateral mastectomy two days ago. Her staff took care of all appt and I agree with previous reviewer, that removes a lot of stress from the patient.

Dr B. And all of her staff are fantastic. I have been a breast cancer survivor for 20yrs. New breast cancer dx, this past February 2017. There was no question that I would make an appt with Dr. B. She spends time with you. Didn't rush to get to the next patient. When I left there, all of my appointments to see Radiologist, tests were all made. I had to do nothing. Took stress off of me. I am happy to surgery was a success and only have to do radiation!

Dr. Bonaventura is pleasant when you initially see her but I got the feeling her practice is an assembly line. I even had a surgical complication and she did not seem to care enough to even follow up. Her office staff is especially unpleasant and I would never go back to her.
