Dr Hately was very knowledgeable, professional, and listened to my concerns. I appreciated that she sent the rxs also to-my phone so i knew exactly what i was picking up and that she personally called me the next day. It us nice yo know that i was truly a person and not a number.

Dr. Hately is always so warm and undertanding. She's thorough in her questions to get a good diagnosis and does not judge you for what your share regarding your medical history. Going to the doc for a simple std test or cold used to be such a chore and headache due to fear of judgment and I have never experienced that with her and her team. I highly recomment Lake Otis - PCA. Their team are all very kind and proficient professionals.

Dr. Hately and staff made me feel welcomed. Dr. Hately explained everything to me and listened to me and she is very knowledgeable and really cares for her patients. I greatly recommend her to anyone! The staff also is very helpful and kind. I would definitely go back if I need to. Thank you!

Dr. Hartley is extremely nice and has helped me two different times when I went to Urgent Care. She has an excelente, caring manner, and she took care of my ears both times when I needed them flushed due to wax. I was so grateful. She is both kind and knowledgeable.

Great provider who is professional, knowledgeable and listens

Doctor was amazing. I felt heard, understood and everything was explained to me in detail. No rush. Everyone was very pleasant. My first time in Alaska and i needed care quickly. I was not sure where to go and i made the best decision coming here. They have a pharmacy in the same building too! Everything all in one place. She premeditated my needs and made me feel better just by sharing her expertise. Thank You everyone at this office!

My job has recently implemented a new policy to get a doctor’s note for COVID. Having tested positive at home, and not having a regular doctor, Dr. Mari Carlin Hately was very accommodating within reason. I called in, was texted a questionnaire to fill, and instructed to do a drive by COVID check at their clinic. Dr. Hately then allowed me to go home and rest before she video chatted with me. I’m grateful for her patience.
