This office is unorganized. The doctor does not care. My first new patient appointment was 2 months before my scheduled colonoscopy I did everything they asked me to do I got to covid test done.... 2 days before my colonoscopy I realized there was no prep called in I called the office no one called me back day before the colonoscopy I called a speak the office manager they said they weren't sure who it was because it changes daily I got an extremely bad feeling about going forward with any kind of procedure this doctor does not care I waited all day for call back and haven't received it I said cancel my appointment There's NO WAY I would entrust my body to someone so careless.

From the minute I stepped into Dr. Rivera’s office I felt at ease! Her entire staff was so courteous and helpful! I felt like she was truly paying attention to me and really wanted to help! Such a blessing to finally find a provider who is truly extending the healing ministry of Christ!

Dr. Rivera is courteous, responsive and takes a conservative approach. She listens -- still not a common trait among clinicians, sadly. I thought she was terrific.

NOT A GOOD DOCTOR

Mari Rivera is wonderful! She helped save my mother in law's life by helping us obtain a $90,000 medicine through a charitable organization and treated us no differently than anyone else even though my mil had no insurance. She's a kind and thorough doctor and is in this business for the genuine betterment of her patients, not for the money.
