I love Dr Alban. She is very nice. She is thorough, reviews my file before my appointment, refers to me by name, does not push meds as the answer for everything, takes her time, shows true interest in my health and well being and always follows up. I highly recommend her as a PCP.

Very friendly, organized and takes the time to solve the problem. Same day appointments with little wait time. It was a great experience.

I will be retiring during the next year and Dr Alban handles Medicare patients - so I will be able to keep her as my primary care Dr. She will always refer me to a specialist if it is necessary. She is very empathetic to my needs and asks the appropriate questions that will ensure my health comes first. I gladly recommend Dr Alban as your next primary care physician!

I have been a patient of Dr. Alban for years. She does a good job of talking with me, listening to what I have to say, and not being in a rush to hurry out of the examining room. She has always had a good mix of being both professional and friendly, and I feel like I can talk about any problem with her. The staff is also very good. The office runs very smoothly, they follow up with phone calls when I leave a message for the nurse, and I get reminders through email when it is time for a follow up visit. Most importantly, I can't remember the last time I had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen, either in the waiting room or the examining room.

Dr.Alban has been my primary Doctor for several years now she is always show concern about my health. A very good Doctor.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Alban. I visited this office in order to establish a primary care physician out of concern for my health. I was particularly worried about intermittent neck pain and tension headaches. Upon my visit I accepted the usual frustrations of going a doctors' office...such as having to wait over an hour to be seen even though I came in early with my already competed the new patient paperwork. When I finally saw Dr. Alban, she was friendly, but very rushed. I described my pain to her and she said that it was normal, not to worry about it, and to take pain medication daily until it went away. Despite the long wait, I still scheduled a physical exam with Dr. Alban. My appointment was scheduled as early as possible, when the office opens at 8am. I thought I would avoid another long wait. It might have worked if Dr. Alban had not been double booked. When I did see her, she was again very rushed and remembered nothing from my last visit. A month later I… am still in pain and decide to get a second opinion. I saw a specialist who took x-rays of my back and neck. Turns out I have BONE SPUR in my neck that, if left undiagnosed, could lead to PERMANENT DAMAGE TO MY SPINE. I was also told that any decent doctor would be concerned about persistent neck pain and would not dismiss my symptoms like Dr. Alban did. I will never be a patient here again and would not reccomend Dr. Alban to anyone.

Due to my doctor retiring I had to choose a new primary care physician and after reading reviews I chose Dr Alban, and I'm EXTREMELY happy I did. Her entire staff is friendly and gracious and Dr Alban herself is knowledgeable, concise, and explains things in a very understandable way. She has my highest recommendation
