The absolute best Dr. and nurse experience I have had in years. Dr. Bennett and her nurse listen to you and treat you like family. Honest to goodness sweet people. The entire staff is wonderful. No parking deck to deal with. No need for that stress. Very good location in Hoover.

Staff is always friendly and attentive, environment always clean and pleasant. Yes I usually have to wait a bit to be called back but then Dr. Bennett treats me like I am her only patient taking as much time as we need to discuss my problem and how to treat it. That, for me, is worth a little wait time. Life moves too fast anyway. Take a deep breath and enjoy a few minutes being still.

Waited sometimes 2.5 hours or more. Usually had to go to another md eventually to get cured of my illness. I like to schedule my Dr appointments when I need to see a doctor. At Dr Bennett's practice, If you are having a couple of good years where you have good health and don't need to see a Dr. She will drop you as a patient. They like to schedule you an appointment wheather you need one or not, and if don't show, you will get a letter saying she can no longer be your Dr.. That happened to me and my wife. I see a "Fantastic" Dr. now, Kent Kanatani, the best I've seen in my 60 years. I try to go to Dr when only needed, and I imagine this also keeps my insurance cost down too. So I figure if you have to force patients to come in, you either don't have enough patients to support your practice or your office space is too expensive. As big as they are, I think Bennett got to big for her britches

Great visit once again

Dr.BENNETT saw me to get established as my primary dr. As my first appt she spent a lot of time getting my medical history and listening to my concerns. As my first visit I was pleased with staff , nurses and Dr Bennett.

Always have to wait over an hour to even get a room in the back. Takes another thirty minutes for Dr. Bennett to see me
