I love her professional manor and the time she spends with you going over every concern of yours. I am truly at ease with her and will not change doctors. Love my Doctor but her staff is lazy. I need my prescription refilled and pharmacy has attempted to get the approval from them but they never call back to refill meds. Their phone lines are busy even when the office is closed!! The wait is forever, wait times are very long

I love my doctor but her staff is completely unprofessional. I called of Friday and today 12/26/17 the phone rang until it stopped. Then I called again and the line was busy. I need my doctor but your staff is not to your standards.

Takes 3 hours to see her. Staff is unprofessional. Waste of time. Why get to appointment on time? You'll wait HOURS

Dr. Botez is an excellent Dr. has my diabetes under control. It's bad to say about her staff there always in a bad mood plus there not courteous at all they take there time to answer phone calls plus they never give the Dr. Our messages. Dr. Botez you need new staff that are very courteous.

Love Dr. Botez, but her staff is not very good. They don't have any manners and are not very competent.

She is a very nice doctor. Listens very well and spends pleanty of time with the patient. The one bad thing is the wait. Takes a long time to get an appointment and hours in the waiting room.
