Dr. Maria Teresa Cartagena, MD

She is rude & inappropriate with what she discusses with her patients. She has made my father worse, who is a patient of hers for years. She should not be in practice!!

Dr. Cartagena is underrated. I don't know what I'd do without her.

I have been seeing Dr. Cartagena for a number of years. She is a very empathetic and caring physician. I find her easy to talk with and have confidence in her expertise and advice. She is able to combine a high degree of professionalism with warmth and compassion and a sense of humor. For me Dr. Cartagena has been the best Doc possible in helping me manage my depression and anxiety. I would recommend her to a friend seeking help.
