I have been seeing Dr. Chapa for more than 4 years now as my VA primary care doctor. Since my very first visit, she has always been warm, kind and friendly which I truly appreciate since not all doctors have good bedside manner. She listens to my concerns and is always willing to refer me to sources she thinks will work for me. I am greeted warmly when I enter by the sweetest young lady (her name is escaping me) but I know she is the same kind soul who I speak with when I call in for refills or appointments. The nurse who took my labs this last time you were so sweet and did a painless job with the blood draws. Thank you all for your kindness and for treating this Air Force retired Veteran with such respect. God bless you!

Dr Chapa has been one of “THE BEST DRs” I’ve ever seen, she has been my PCP for over 6yrs n I wouldn’t change her for the world! She cares about her patients and she listens to them!! Love,love,love her!!! If I could give her a 100 stars I would cuz she’s amazing in every way!! N her staff is very well trained n treat u just like Dr Chapa would treat her patients!! ??

Long waits in exam rooms and she spends less than 5 minutes with the patient. Does not respond to requests from home health care providers. Does not renew prescription refill requests from patient or pharmacy. Phone calls are.not returned.

SHE THE BEST DOCTOR I SEE, AND I SEE A LOT OF DOCTORS. MY TEAM OF DOCTORS IS 10. SHE IS ALWAYS KIND, CARING, LISTENS TO MY ENDLESS ISSUES AND COMES UP WITH A POSITIVE FIX. WHEN I LOSS MY BROTHER, SHE HELPED WITH THE GRIEFING PROCESS. WHEN I WAS AT THE END OF MY ROPE I CALLED HER CRYING, I WAS HAVING SO MANY GRAND MAL SEIZURES A DAY FOR SIX MONTHS AFTER THE IVIG MEDICATION EVEN THOUGH THEY FOLLOW PROTOCOL GIVING THAT MEDICATION. I WENT IN TO COMPLETE KIDNEY FAILURE, ACUTE PANCREATITIS, AND ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY I WAS AT DEATHS DOOR.DR. CHAPA WAS NOT MY DOCTOR AT THAT TIME, SHE WOULD NOT ALLOW IT TO GET THAT FOR. SHE HAS TAKEN CARE OF ME IN THE HOSPITAL GET ON THE RIGHT PATH AND OUT OF THE HOSPITAL I HAVE ONLY WONDERFUL THINGS TO SAY ABOUT HER AND HER STAFF. ANNETTE SHOOK I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THOSE PEOPLE GAVE 3 STARS SHAME ON YOU. s
