Reciptionest are rude and the wait is ridiculous doctor gets in late and staff doesnt inform patients if she has arrived or if it's going to be a long wait they give you a time to come in but never see you according to time given even if you arrive early terrible service.

Had to wait over 6 hours before seeing her. The rudest staff ever they don’t like to answer questions. They only like to speak Spanish and if speak English they are slow to comprehend. They gave me a hard time for a referral, they give you hard time to make appointment why make appointment if you still have wait 5-6 hours before being seen awful service never have I seen the unprofessionalism this office gives their patients. Only visited twice and went to find new doctor I hope I have better luck

Came in at 10 didn't get seen until 1:55 by the doctor. I was only coming in to get my results. That was it. And I had to wait four hours for that. Of course nothing was wrong and they could've told me that over the phone. But they had me come in for four hours. They didn't prescribe me what I needed for my pain either just gave me a high dosage of ibuprofen which I said does not work. I went to the Newark office. Don't bother going there I'm changing my doctor as soon as possible

My appointment was at 12:30 pm did not see the doctor until 3pm. Why give appointments then?? Then once I saw the doctor she told me to wait out again and didn't see her until 45 mins. later. I was not the only one complaining at the office though.

My experiences was a great one I will continue going to her office.

Worst service ever. My insurance made me an appointment and my co-pay was $20. When I went there, they told me that as a new patient, I have to pay $90. Not ethic at all. Money is more important then service for her. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. Had to wait more than an hour, and after that long wait they told me about the cost.

This office is so nasty, chairs are ripped apart. It is just nasty
