Hola, my name is Francisca. I am Mexican-American, first generation, and bilingual clinician. I live and practice in Austin, Texas. I grew up speaking Spanish as my primary language and learned English at a young age. Every single one of us is beautifully complex with unique backgrounds and my approach is giving light to those. I truly believe in providing a safe and warm space for young adults and couples to reflect and make helpful connections. We are human, and in the midst of difficult life transitions and loss, know you don't have to figure it out alone. I work using a cultural and relational lens approach. Other modalities used; Strength based, family systems, attachment based, play activities, and EMDR.
